Our employees receive a detailed Handbook and Code of Ethics outlining the high standard of conduct expected across the organization and in our sites around the world. These items are also available to our customers, suppliers, subcontractors and sponsors.

Metabiota recognizes that employees may at times wish to seek counsel with or to disclose ethical issues beyond their direct supervisor. With this in mind, we have opened channels to elevate issues to senior management when necessary.
